This week we’re launch #HerVote, a campaign focussed on women’s voices ahead of the 2019 Federal election. It will begin on April 5, with a town hall-style event together with Twitter Australia. Deputy Leader of the Opposition Tanya Plibersek, Independent member for Warringah Zali Steggall, and Labor member for Deakin Shireen Morris are just some of the incredible women speaking on the night. I feel confident in saying this event is right in the sweet spot of our political junkie staff members @jamilarizvi and @hmccabe (and possibly their favourite on the current calendar?) From early ticket sales looks like they’re not alone!
