Kristal is a proud Aboriginal woman, a descendant of both the Jawoyn and Wiradjuri nations. Kristal has more than 18 years’ experience in education and training, organisational and workforce development, and supplier diversity working across Government, Corporate and Not-for-Profit sectors.
Kristal is a well-known Aboriginal businesswoman and entrepreneur, she has successfully been in business since 2015 and is highly sought after consultant and skilled facilitator. She specialises in Supplier Diversity, is author of Supplier Diversity How, Australia’s only book on Indigenous Procurement, creator and host of Meet the Mob on YouTube and Podcaster on Blakcast network.
In 2022 Kristal was Women’s Agenda’s Agenda Setter of the Year for her leading work in breaking unconscious bias of Indigenous business through her Meet the Mob series that showcases blak excellence in Indigenous business. In 2023 she was a finalist in Telstra Best of Business Awards – Indigenous Excellence Category.
