Having lived and worked in Europe (based in Switzerland & the UK) for 6 years, I understand the importance of embracing different cultures and business styles to achieve results. Now that I am based back home in Australia, I benefit from the extensive local & international business experience I've developed in both public & private companies to deliver on business transformation initiatives, and the development of a positive ‘one company’ culture.
